Northeast Office The Northeast Office of MacRostie Historic Advisors provides historic preservation consulting services to clients in the New England market and New York State. The office is headed by Boston-based Albert S. Rex, a recognized figure in the New England historic preservation field and an author of the original legislation that created the Massachusetts Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit. Albert offers clients a unique understanding of the state tax credit process and application criteria.
